I have a Cummins 6bt engine with a Cummins 105 alternator with 3 terminals on the top. I have a 1 red wire coming off the positive terminal on the back of the alternator and one black and one orange wire coming out if the wiring harness
The terminals on the alternator are positioned 1 behind the other and 1 beside. These wires were accidentally pulled off , I reconnected them (obviously wrong) as I blew the ignition fuse which I haven't found as yet. Can someone please tell me which colour wire goes on which terminal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look to seaboard marine for info on the 6bt cummins. From their site:

Many thanks for the pic and info. Have connected as shown, it all works well. Have also realised that there is a reset button for power to the ignition. Your help is very much appreciated.
