Cummins turbo oil leak

Hi all,
I have a leak coming from the area near the oil return line on a Cummins T50 turbo charger. As it’s under the clamp so it’s hard to see where it’s coming from.
Any ideas ?

You may need to un-clamp it to get a better look.
