Just curious...why a "complete" refit after only two years, and what was done?

She was built in Izmir, Turkey by Asboats. The owners want to purchase a bigger vessel, so they decided to sell their 50' DD after only one year. She has been hardly used with only 220 hours on the engine.

She is currently undergoing complete refitting. The boat is in perfect condition, small details such as polishing the stainless steel, cleaning the bottom of the hull, checking all equipment and replacing what we think it's necessary, etc must be done in order to sell it in perfect condition.
