Do any of you know what happened to the refitted sub-chaser Cairdeas that used to be moored in the Anacortes/La Conner area? Last I saw of her she was in pretty bad shape laying in a slip on Orcas. This was quite a few years ago.
I spent part of my wedding day aboard her thirty some-odd years ago. Good memories! Still married to the same girl!

The Cairdeas was tied up in Bellingham for many years, near the Seaview Boatyard docks. Then it was gone and I saw it anchored a couple years later near Port Townsend in about 2017. It looked rough but functional at that time. That's the last I've seen of it.

It was in South Sound 2 seasons ago

Thanks, guys. It's one of those things that has been bugging me for years and now seems the right time to ask.
I saw her in Vancouver(False Creek I think) many years ago and she looked good then.
Something must have happened to her as she was in bad shape on Orcas not that many years later. Sad for a small ship with such a history.
