Galveston Party Boat $4.45/gal

Surprising that Pier 19 (Gal.party) is more expensive than the yacht basin! Guess they really don't want pleasure boats in there, as I had suspected in the past. This is especially interesting since they're selling the red dyed untaxed diesel fuel, which should be around $0.20/gal cheaper anyway. I guess that makes their equivalent price $4.65/gal. Price gougers!
