Hello, have a old Furuno GPS model GP31 that I would like to interface with my laptop through the USB port.
There is a 9 pin connector on the back of the GPS and tracing the wires below the dash I find that there is one pair not being used. Green and a Yellow The red and the black are being used for power and the remaining wires head off to places unknown. Maybe to the Yeoman Puck.
Anyway. Was hoping someone might know which wires would be used to interface with a USB connection? Below is the wiring page and notes from previous owner. Thanks for looking
