Groco Pump Problem

My Groco Paragon Junior water pump is running but not pumping. Nothing coming out of any facets.
If I replace the pump what with?
The input feed is 3/4 inch and we have 5 outlet points.
Would Jabsco Parmax 4 work?

Is the pump bad or has it lost prime? Air leaking because of a split line at the input? Empty tank? You don’t give your location. Ice?

Nice pump , have it fixed rather than purchasing a new lesser pump.

Problem solved,it was a massive air lock caused by running tanks dry. Not working again, phew��
