My name is Brian, and I'm new to this site.

I am currently in the market for a 25-32' trawler or similar
vessel that is diesel powered or, if appropriate, powered by twin outboards.

I live in Ocean County, N.J. and, despite being older, have decided to make the move to recreational boating. I don't fish, but would be looking to take daily trips and the occasional 1-2 week jaunt on the outside.

Welcome aboard! That's a nice size to start out with. Not too large to handle, and large enough for a couple to spend a week or two aboard in fair weather.
