The Castle (as it has been called) is a 5 BR 4.5 bath home in town with, city water, sewer and garbage. Built in 97 on .8 acres there are no real neighbors. Heated with a double condensing oil boiler pumping a special fluid through the floors and heating the domestic water. Oil consumption is about 2 gallons a day average. The outside walls are about 10" thick and the windows are all thermo pane. The "Castle" is a bright house without any really large windows. The walls and ceilings are all white. Floors are hardwood or berber carpet and the ceiling is 16' high in one side of the LR. We've had 5 Christmas Trees over 14' tall.
