My Iridum Go suddenly stopped working a few days ago. I tried to do a factory reset but it doesn’t appear to be taking. After the factory reset the device comes up and connects to the iridium network but with my old WiFi hotspot name despite the reset. After about 5 minutes the devices goes into a perpetual “initializing” state. My service provider hasn’t been much help other than you need to buy a new unit. The device is only 13 months old (of course beyond 1 yr warranty) with minimal use.
Has anyone experience these symptoms figured how to update the firmware via the usb cable? I’m sure it’s a software issue.
