Wow - I can see why you ended up with two boats. Assuming things are more or less working, that looks like a solid deal.
...and there's no way anyone is getting a slip there anyway else. Mission Bay is amazing. Largest purpose build water recreation area in the US.
That said - '34 Californians feel almost perfect. I guess you got to test that theory.

Yes! Great location, just a bit too far from us to make it down there often enough.
The 42' has a ton of room compared to our 34', but the 34' is nice too.
