Kind of funny

[Spotter]

Just spent nine days on the boat fishing, shrimping, and gunkholing around Prince William Sound. My first night at home I woke up in the middle of the night to hit the bathroom when I glanced outside the window and saw trees. Being half asleep I freaked out for a second and thought my anchor alarm didn’t go off and I had run aground. Went back to bed fully awake. And how was everybody else’s week?

LOL! I've had similar middle of the night reactions after being "out" for longer periods of time.

Picked up a town mooring one evening. Wife and had a few glasses of nerve tonic and went to bed. 6AM on the nose there is a blaring horn right outside, so I jump up think we have drifted into the channel and run outside. Realized we had moored next to the ferry terminal and I was giving the morning boat a bit of a show.
