Looking for a long side cutter

Looking for a tool that would be a long (18”) side cutter. Hard to find, but there’s a lot of 12” ones.

Im thinking this could be a tool that uses some sort of leverage device and one attaches a side cutter, long nose, or what ever to the end. Is there such a tool?

Just need to reach some things that a short one won't do.

I found a pair of bent nosed, needle nose, with a side cutter, all on a ridiculously long handle, >12" but <18" at Princess Auto or Harbor Freight. So far they haven't been used, but I know, when I really need them, they are the only tool that will work.

They are long, but too big and cumbersome, especially for tight tie wraps on wire, etc. But thx for the thought.
