Mast crotch support

I looking for a mast crotch support for a 42C. Otherwise, a picture and measurements to have one made.assume they are aluminum or SS.

I'll try to remember to measure next time I'm on the boat, so you can get an idea on potential solutions (I'll incl. a photo or 2 too).
 
My setup has 2 supports - 1 for the mast when lowered (upper support), and a lower support for the boom. The lower support height above deck is ~54.5 inches (where boom would rest) while the upper support is ~73 inches above deck (where the mast when lowered rests). The support post attaches to the existing railing via 2 horizontal sections w/ removable pins (so the entire post can be removed if desired). The post is NOT screwed down to the cabin top.

Here is my econo crutch. We made it to temporarily replace a horribly heavy pipe crutch that mounted on the after deck. Still using it 2 years later! The legs hinge together and it stows on top of the water tank in the lazarette.
