Micron ap anti-foul

We keep our bost in tropical north Queensland Australia. About 20degrees sth. The marina is shallow and does not flush very well. Thus we are are in a soup that makes very hard to keep a clean bottom. I have read of a newish product Micron ap, which they claim is designed for difficult areas. Has anyone had any experience with it? More expensive but worth it if it works.
