Heard that he has died at the age of 82.

From everything I heard about him, he seemed to have been a good bloke, who achieved great things. Well done.

He was a hero. I had the privalige of seeing the Apollo 11 launch from the press site at the Cape. Then forty years later I heard him speak at the Smithsonian on the aniversary of the launch. He was a wonderful speaker. I could have listened to him for hours.

Neil Armstrong was an incredible man and a lifelong hero of mine, may his soul rest in peace.
