Norcold DE/EV 0041 Top Grille

Anyone removed the top vent grille of the Norcold 0041(which works!) for cleaning? There is the control knob to remove first and I expect 2 clips, like the bottom one I have removed.
Also, has anyone ever switched the door opening hinge. Manual says you can but it occupies pages of instructions. Opening microwave door requires first opening the fridge(PO added an extra fridge and moved the microwave to accommodate it but ordered fridge in R hinge set up.

First and Last vertical sections of the fins are L brackets with screws into the top of the cabinet. you need to pull out fridge and access from above

And the instructions are ponderous. Short version; disassemble completely, and install in reverse.

No clips like the bottom. Screws from the backside.
