Ocean 40 pipe davit capacity

I have a 1983 Ocean 40 Europa that has a stainless steel pipe davit that I think may be original equipment. It’s about 2.5” diameter. I’ve seen pictures of other Ocean 40’s with the same pipe davit. There are no markings on the davit at all. Any ideas of what this David’s capacity might be?

Pipe davit
