Removing black crud from caulk

I have some caulk along the underside of the hardtop which is developing a black crud. Tried soft scrub and a toothbrush no dice. Any suggestions

Usually it's mold on the silicon. Tide makes a gel bleach that I've used in the past: just run it on, leave it for a while and then rinse very well.

I have had success with Simple Green (full strength) on a cotton rag. I have no idea what sealant or adhesive I cleaned.
