Inside of what?
Generally use the primer specified by the manufacturer of the top coat you'll use.

If your talking about inside of boat, no special paints necessary. Any Sherwin williams or other paint will suffice

Inside? If you want really tough primer you can consider Sherwin tile-clad 2 part epoxy but it's overkill. Awesome bilge paint though(no UV stabilisers). Just keep in mind it's a very thick paint/primer and dries hard(making it tough to sand out).
