Taken on a Nikon D7200. The color has not been enhanced by any post processing. Sharpened slightly.

It was an unusual color.

As a dedicated night person, it isn’t often that I see sunrises. Way more sunsets.

When we are running long, or in late season (such as now), we tend to see both!

When we are out cruising I go to bed earlier than my usual 4 AM so I get up early so we get the better weather.

Deep indigo/violet would be my best stab at describing it. Crazy, for sure.
