This is a just a general "thank you" to all of you. I only joined the Forum last year, and have been amazed at how, no matter how often the same questions come up, there are always members happy to share their knowledge, which is almost always valuable and, more importantly, given in a friendly way, so there is never any anxiety or embarrassment about posting questions.
I have been part of a number of other forums, including those for old farm tractors, old/classic trucks, and various sports cars; on all of them, I would sometimes post questions and never get a single response, and found most of the groups very disappointing.
That has never been the case on Trawler Forum; even when threads are not about topics relevant for my situation, I often read them just for the pleasure of learning something new. ( Although unfortunately these days I don't remember it for long!)
So thank you to all of you.
