Looks like you are due for a rebuild.
If you are handy you can rebuild it yourself. Parts are in the $130 range for a full kit. You must keep careful note of alignment of all the rotating assembly parts or risk it coming apart at high speed. I did both mine a couple years ago on 6BTA engines and they came out fine. It wasn't difficult to do.
I'm not sure where you are located but there are plenty of good rebuilders if you aren't inclined to DIY. If you post up where you are perhaps some members can chime in on a good shop which is local.
