Now this is some really cool stuff. I wonder if we can use it like SDI ... say we're doing it, budget some funds and scare the bejeebers out of the Chinese ... make them spend a fortune trying to keep up or develop counter-measures. Very cool. Sometimes I really miss being out of the hi-tech weapons business.
