Vector Charts

Hi all, I had to reset my laptop, and did so without deleting and data files (charts etc). I reinstalled Coastal explorer and it will not recognize the Canadian west coast vector charts I have. They worked fine before. I tried using Open CPN and same problem. It goes further and says it doesn’t recognize any of the vector chart files in the directory. Any ideas?
