Going direct or Anclote to Dog Island Pass?

Dog island, or the shortest route possible in considering the fuel cost. Been there before. Headed to Tennessee. Nice to have a buddy boat on the outside. You never know. Thanks.

In case you would be looking for marina services in PC, remember Hurricane Michael washed all the big ones away with them coming back on line by maybe 2024. There is fuel only available at the Saint Andrews marina and a few transient slips here and there.

What is the boat? Assuming you're going to try to cross from Tarpon, are you going to aim for one very long day, perhaps with a pre-sunrise start or break it into two days?
