A very interesting video that was just on Vietnam TV on how to avoid typhoon with your boat.

I don't understand a word, but I like it because it's pretty understandable.

The depiction with the forward hatch is to make sure you have all hatches and doors secured.

The anchor thing is that if you do call for rescue, to deploy your anchor.

The capsize is don't let the seas get on your beam.

I'll try to upload from my cell now.

It's not letting me attach a video. Any suggestions?

Cute little video. I'll ask my wife tonight to translate it and see if there is anything useful being said.

She got as far as translating the title "Gap Bao" which basically means facing the storm. Then lost interest and walked away. I think it was the bad audio.

Sorry. I didn't realize how low the volume was.
I'll ty to better next time.
What I liked about it, was that it was pretty self explanatory.

2 things definitely true, a picture is worth a thousand words and seaman generally all speak the same language......

Yep, the words "abandon ship!" are the same in every language! [emoji846]
