Viewing a Litton Universal for Purchase

Hi All,
New to the forum here. I'm going to check out a '79 Litton Universal '41 this weekend. Aside from the usual boat inspection stuff, is there anything in particular to these boats I should look for? Thanks.

I don't know the Litton at all except the name.

Generally though one biggee is to closely inspect deck for soft spots. Teak decks usually leak at the screws when the caulking fails and soaks and rots the coring below. THat coring is the deck strength so be very aware.
