Agree that it is not a Hatt, and also agree that it whispers "1960s" (on account of the radiused trim on the deckhouse windows). Certain aspects of the hull (the angle of the transom stern, shape and placement of the portlights, foredeck railing and flare at the bow) suggest Matthews to me, but the flybridge shape and that aft coaming resemble no production boats that I've ever studied. I suspect she's a custom build.
