Window Anti Rattlers

Hi all, I need a couple of the rubber cones for my window anti rattlers.* Westmarine has the entire assembly but they are bright chrome and the rubber parts are white....not a match for my interior.* Any ideas?

Thanks Bluebyu, from your link I found my new favorite word...Conical....anyway, a search with conical bumpers yielded http://www.vibrationmounts.com/RFQ/VM110704.htm#Middle which is a nearly perfect match for my old ones. Thanks for your help...I love this site!
