Thinking of buying about a 3k item from these guys ! Are they trustworthy ?

I have dealt with them multiple times. Quick responses and reliable service.

My friend had a problem with them but it was more of a honest mistake. He ordered a $2k radar dome and received a $3k open array radar.

They would not ship the dome until they got back the open array. It took 3 weeks to clear up the mistake.

I understand that. All in all it took close to 5 weeks to get the dome. For some thats OK. For some it could delay a trip. But it was resolved

If I was in a hurry I would have charged the new one and shipped the old one back. Then get a refund for the wrong one.
