Xantrex Linklite mystery got me baffled

I have a Xantrex Linklite that is always showing -14 amps. Even though the battery is fully charged and holding charge. Also i have turned everything off, no shore power, no solar, engine and thruster batteries are isolated. yet the -14 aps persists.
Is there a setting that i have forgotten to adjust?

I should mention that the % also drops to follow the -14 amp draw.
