XINTEX Troubledhooting

Ahoy
Actually I have pretty good TS in the manual. Am getting hit/ miss staying ok (approved). Want to get the cover off to check voltages. Suggestions? Skilsaw perhaps?? I am not having any luck with it!!

the rim will ply off with small screwdriver, then four screws in corners
