Thanks for the help. I did solve the issue. It was me. When i mounted the mfd back into the boat after winter storage, I plugged the nema 2000 cable into the wrong port. Both ports use a 5 pin connector. Correct connection and updated software, autopilot works perfectly. Now, on to the genset...
