Repair westerbeke or replace and with what?

Have you determined the cause of the no output situation? Lots of simple things can make the output go away. That said the Phasor Compact 6 Kw is a nice unit.

Looking for convenient pump for dewatering bilges other than hand pump

Attwood makes a small D cell powered bilge pump. Self contained with an on-off switch. It gets down low to the deck about 1/4 inch. I use one for my skiff. The hose coils up around the pump body for storage.

Balmar 60 Alternator replacement for a Perkins 6.354

If you havent bought them yet, great because you want the 2" spindle foot mount for a Perkins 6.354. Those in the photos are either 3.15" or 4" saddle foot mounts. They are not even close. So unless you want to build custom mounts, go 2" Dual foot mount and a few spacer washers to make it line...

    Due Diligence Question

The key word is CUSTOM, meaning its different from anything else. Its a one off. Not necessarily good or bad but different. Its hard to compare and that might chase buyers away. Perkins 6.354 - What sensor is this?

The variable resistance sender is for the gauge. Something like 33 to 300 ohms range. I believe that is your #1. The switch is for the alarm light. That should be <1 ohm when closed or infinite ohms when open.

Perkins 6.354 - What sensor is this?

#3 is tapped into the coolant circuit. My 6.354 does not have that one. It could be some kind of coolant heater element or high temperature alarm switch. You might want to measure between each terminal for resistance The others are correct.
