“Rigged for towing”
A small engine for traditional towing I’m think’in.
Rigged to “be towed” may fit better.
We were towed on our Nomad to Comox BC .. all went well. No special gear required.
Perhaps you mean towing an over sized dinghy.

Boats in Hawaii are going LLC so they can keep the slip. Most Marinas have a waiting list a mile long for slips. In Kona it was over 10 years and now worse because owners are putting their boats in LLCs so on paper the owner doesn't change so the slip can go with the boat. Don't even consider buying a boat in Hawaii requiring a berth unless you have one lined up.

lots of islands here that are not Oahu lol be on a ball even in Hilo getting dredged county will take like 5 years.

My second favorite cruising grounds except any where new
