hello, a strange question, can i mount a guest searchlight upside down under my radar?
It is the best place, if not i have to make a plate that hangs under the radar

Best regards,
Patrick

Water incursion may be a problem...best to check the manual or manufacturer for mounting instructions.

thanks, but this one is new it was form my previous bout but i did not install it.
the manuel is gone, got the rest. im thinking also the problem could be water intrusion, its under a big plate but i can make a plate under it (its only a job i cannot do)

Why not on the brow, make a stainless shelf.
Of course light reflrction off the railings there.

The problem with mounting it on the arch is that it will light up the whole front decks and kill your night vision. I like to mount them on the front of the bow pulpit so the light doesn’t reflect on any decks.

thanks, tats a good one, before i place it i will try the searchlight bij night, so i can see the effect, the arc i very high i had it on my previous boat also on the ars and its was practical i had almost a 360 gr use of the searchlight
