Just looking at the https://shopggschmitt.com/ site to see that they manufacture new ladders

does any one know if there is a suitable one to replace the MS 350 aluminium one with the same or a SS one?

the site just gives measurement but no reference to boat specs

as the ladder is stowed away under the bathing platform I imagine it is hard to measure or even replace?

I refinished mine. At $810-$1k for a ladder there was no way I could afford a new one. The hard part is getting it out. I made new receiver brackets slides (aluminum) and stripped off the rubberized coating wherever it was falling apart. Then painted with rustoleum. I think I had one part powdercoated but that's expensive also.

Again I refer folks to my Bacchus website - Projects section
https://dkloeber.wixsite.com/bacchus/projects
you will find what I did to my ladder to make it more user friendly.

I'm not familiar with the 390 ladder but if it looks like the one on mine attachment is likely the same. My 34HT has an alum plate burried in the swim deck that is drilled & tapped for mounting bolts that hold the ladder in place. When removing mine I broke one/some mounting bolts off as they were SS and galled in the alum plate. It was fairly easy to drill new hole next to the old one and tap it to accept new SS bolt. Anti seize will reduce / eliminate galling and should be used w/ SS bolts into alum.

You will have to take a few basic dimensions and match it to the Schmitt Drawings / Specs
