Finally found the boat that checked 90% of the boxes. Single Lehman 120 with 4000 hours and many updates. Boat has been well loved and spent a lot of it's time undercover. Currently moored at Schooner Cove Marina, B.C.

Woah! From where I'm sitting, it does indeed look like it was well maintained.

Congrats! Looks like a beautiful boat and well maintained.

4,000 hours on a F.L. is nothing if it was as well maintained as the rest of the boat, congratulations!!

Lovely. That is what my wife and I have been looking for. Love that style and layout

Looks great

Looks great - and is as close to a “sensible“ boat that one can imagine

looks a lot like an albin

great looking boat , thanks for sharing the photos. just curious, what the group thinks a boat like that is worth ?

Should give you
A lot of confidence inregards to the areas of the boat that you “can’t see”. Congratulations!

Thanks for the positive comments. The pictures of the cosmetics are only part of the picture. The electrical and mechanical also made the purchase easy. Some of the upgrades and additions:
Clean survey.
Custom made aluminum fuel tanks and fuel system.
The two main stringers replaced.
100 amp alternator.
Johnson water pump
New heat exchangers
Dripless shaft seal.
New hydraulic lines and hoses
New Lehmar bow thruster
New sanitation lines and macerator.
New HWT.
All LED lighting.
New Espar 5 zone forced air.
Auto pilot
Recent electronics package
New battery banks 920 Amp Hrs
New upholstery and cushions
Custom made full boat cover
Etc.
We did not want a project boat or one that was going to need constant upgrading. We ended up buying our brokers own boat. I think he knew we would look after it.

With the system work completed on it already, I agree with you. The woodwork really stands out in the pictures. Super nice.
