Help! Positioning of haul out straps for a Nordic Tug, 32 (1994)

Hi, this is our first time having our boat hauled out where straps are used to bring her out of the water. Can anyone advise us on where the straps are to be placed. The boat did not come with any documents instructions for haul out. Are there any markings on the hull to indicate where the straps are to be placed. Much appreciated, she is coming out this coming Tuesday (June 25th).

Your boat has a long straight keel and protected running gear well aft. Speaking as someone who has placed straps on hundreds of different boats, that's about as straightforward as it comes. The straps can go just about anywhere

My advice is not to sweat it. The lift operator will figure it out.
 
Thanks for the speedy reply Jeff., I think we will place the front strap in line with the forward engine room/Bridge bulkhead and the stern strap aligned with the rear cabin wall.
Will also call Nordic Tugs in WA tomorrow to confirm and then mark points on the gunnels for future reference.
 
Straps are placed where there are interiors bulkheads. On a flybridge, this is where the slider is located and where the bottom of the windshield is located.

You should not be worried about this. You don't have to tell a wrecker how to load or tow a car. Boat lift operators have lifted hundreds upon hundreds of boats and usually know where to place the straps.
 
Looking at the pic in your avatar, there is a bulkhead between the salon and the wheel house as well.
 
It should be pretty easy to tell by looking at the profile in the brochure. I would worry less about where the bulkheads were and just make sure the rear strap is under the keel, rather that under the rudder bearing shoe. That will *probably* take it, but it is hanging out there unsupported. The forward one will only touch on the bottom of the keel and at the chines, both inherently stiff and strong structural elements.
