Finally listing our Campion now that we have moved to Campbell River and have to pay for mooring (two boats).
1981 Campion 310 Adventure trawler. 30ft long x 12ft beam with an economical Mercruiser 470 gas inboard (2500 hours), 9ft Livingston dinghy with 7.5hp Evinrude.
The boat is basically clean with a few small projects and TLC needed. But it is completely useable now -- it did a two-day, 120-nm trip from the Gulf Islands to Campbell River last month with no issues.
We bought the boat in 2009 to see if we would like trawlering instead of sailing. The answer was yes so we traded our sailboat in on a bigger trawler in 2011. So we didn't use the Campion much after the first year and never spent the time upgrading the boat.
Asking $21,000. We will consider reasonable offers or interesting trades for part/all payment.
It's a roomy and economical way to get on the water without breaking the bank.
Located: Campbell River, Vancouver Island, BC
