I am reasonably familiar with Bestway Yachts and the LaBelle and Bestway brands they manufactured.

There was s fuel tank removed from the aft of the boat im trying to figure out the size of the tank that wss there for weight purposes the bow of the boat sits to low in the water

With the cockpit all models sat with a low bow. Cockpit provides a lot of aft buoyancy. I cannot help you on size of original tank. I would figure out largest size tank you can get in there and do that. You can adjust for/aft trim by how full you keep the tank. I don't believe if you kept it full that there would be any adverse impacts on either trim or performance. What is your hull number and power ?
