2004 Mainship 400 head door latch

Does anyone know the manufacturer of this mortise latch/handle? This one is from the door to the head, but It is the same for all 4 interior doors. No markings on it. Hinges say Gemlux, but I don’t think this is a Gemlux mortise latch. The mortise cartridge itself is 1.75”x1 15/16”x7/16”. It has a push/pull knob lock. The interior spring is broken, so no repairing it, need to replace.

Just talked to Southco and this was a custom part, so I don’t think I’ll be able to get replacements from them without costing an arm and a leg. It doesn’t look like any of their new stuff will fit. Does anyone happen to know where replacements or new old stock of these can be found. I’ve already checked eBay to no avail. I am now reaching out to Marlow to see if they will help. If there is a minimum number for the custom order from Southco, would anyone be interested?

From what I understand Marlow doesn’t care to support the older Mainships. But maybe you will luck out.
