6V92 tach drive

I have Detroit 6V92 (single turbo, 90 injectors) with a defective tach drive. Not a big deal other than the Glendinning sync is inoperable. I'm unable to source one locally, and wonder if anyone has had to replace one of these, or knows where to get one? Part number on the unit is 5136249.

that's the collar, I need the drive )fits in the collar. I got the number off the exterior, which appears to be the collar! Looking for the drive, or complete unit. Thanks for the response, it's appreciated.

I guess that's the casting number. Drives can be different gear ratios.
Try ebay. Seller mrtracy139 sells a lot of tach drives, new & used. He may know where new ones are.
