For the sale of à one off it dépend
For example our former Long Cours 62 we found 3 potential buyers, even one of them want make an artic expédition with her he finally try we à smaller boat Arktika.
For our Vietnamiese baby we got...in one month 115 inquiries, four of them was buyers who fly from France to HK !
All this 3 boat Oaristys, Long-Cours 62 and Pacific 72 have the same well know (in France) architect for the hull line Joubert- Nivelt.
For the 220/50 hertz don't think it was à big issue ? We had in France à Cheoy Lee 53 in...110/60hetrz Just need à "converter" on the power line.

Much depends on the design of the boat and size. As stated for your design and size Al is a better choice.
If looking at a different design , let’s say a Bering, the expense of Al v Fe would favor Fe and would not improve performance nor efficiency to a significant degree if done in Al. Good NAs design with the hull material in mind from the get go.

If this was in NA I would be interested. Alas... I will ask - the video you posted of the cabin has a lot of "boom" with each wave hitting the boat - is that artifactual or a consequence of hull resonance?

When the potential customer made this video it was a windy day at anchorage ( in the morning I was not able to row to get him on board must ask to a rib's diver )
We have this "boom" when it is windy at anchor, underway the form of the wave is different and not this "boom"
This first I thinking the thickness of the "redan" was not big enough but after checked it is 12 mm in this part as you can see on the photo.
To solve this "boom" may be 2 way :
spray polyurethane foam inside and/or welded an alloy profile on this flat par a L bar fitted like V a round bar .
One question : whitch place is NA don't find any US states wiht this abeviation

To big for us, and when we take a look at the market price for the amongst of this offer it is only the asking price for 15m steel boat , one engine and older ...
If we accept this offer we can't buy an interesting one and now for sure we are too old to built one

Our asking price for our Pacific 72' decrease from 595k€ to 545k€.


Our Vietnamese baby was in so bad condition , we can't buy back her at the asking price. If the owner do nothing our "old Vietnamese baby" will became a wreck :-((

Mine were operable and would let huge amount of water in during storms. Plastic frames would never torque down enough on the gaskets.

Really no
The hull is very well built, structured with braket, stiffener everywhere (BV Paris definite the structures).
OK as you can see on film : need à paint job
Also in engine room you can see hose and piping could be fitted more 'nicely'
But we are priced far far below comparable boat.
We had à 'potential' customer who pass this week end ...in réalité it is wvat we name :" week end visitor"'
You promptly understand he just come to 'visit' not à buyer at all.
OK she is not 'perfect' but perfect she will not be at the same price.
All the film up there was taken this week end, she is not so bad
We had à problem with à flat in Poland in way to be solved...after that we will move again with the boat don't want wast more time looking for à customer.
