98 OA in Washington

We have a 52 pilothouse OA and love it. Things to watch for are leaking windows and/or portholes. We have re-bed three windows ourselves this past year and a half. Hose them down after the survey to see if there is leaking.

I'm curious...when you say re-bed do you mean the glass to the frame, or do you mean frame to boat opening? If you mean glass to frame, I'd appreciate more info as I cracked a sliding pane on our 440 when installing the screws for the screen portion....just nicked the edge of the glass with a screw and a long crack ensured. I need to remove the outer pane to subsequently replace the slider section, but sure don't want to pull the entire frame out of the boat. Thanks.
