We have decided to put Loons Nest on the market. Her listing should appear in the usual places in about 10 days. In the meantime, if anybody wants to inquire - drop me an email at DRiveAT34@gmail.com. Having owned her for a year and a half, we can honestly say there is no better cruising boat for a couple. In 6 months of full time living aboard, we never used all the available storage space. The admiral loves everything about the boat. All the other positive aspects of American Tugs are well known.
I am sure my TF buddies will be curious as to why we are doing this. There are several factors, but the main one is that we have decided we want to be more "mobile" (go from the Keys to Toronto in 3 days instead of 3 months), and we really love to fish, so we are going the trailerable fishing boat route ... something like a Grady White 232.
Everything is a learning experience.
