Anchor chain volume?

Hi. Does anybody know the amount of space in cubic feet that 5/16ths g43 and 3/8ths g43 chain, per say 100 feet, would take? I can calculate the cubic feet of my anchor locker but hard to find specs on chain volume. No reply from Peerless when I tried to query them. Thanks

Google anchor chain. One of the online sellers has it listed in 5 gallon pails, 1/2 and full barrels. There are lengths associated with each size and container type.

I keep a shot (90 feet) of 3/8ths chain in a mesh bag in our lazarette. It takes up less than a cubic foot and will fit in a standard 5 gallon bucket.
