Hello everyone. I've been following the forum for some time, even made a few posts, and thought I'd finally introduce myself.
I own a 21 ft, semi-displacement, downeast style, inboard power boat that I keep in La Conner, Washington State (USA).
I like to follow this forum because though my boat is not a trawler, I drive it like a trawler, staying below a plane most of the time. I have the same issues most of you have, trying to game the currents, working with the handling quirks of an inboard engine, and generally enjoying the scenery instead of the thrill of a fast ride.
I've learned a lot following this forum, and look forward to learning more.
