Different size engines/same boat

There is a 40' Defever for sale with its original 120hp lehman on starboard and a 135hp perkins replacement engine at port.Wouldnt this be a nightmare with rpm,speed sync,,I dont know if I should go see her. What does a good used lehman cost? Any thoughts about this? Thanks,BB
